ZONE 01
One striking floor for Muay Thai and boxing — heavy bags, pad rounds, focus mitts and footwork drills. Muay Thai and boxing use the same room on the timetable, but at different class times — never two group classes running together in the space.
ZONE 02
Our professional ring sits in the same building — used for Muay Thai clinch, pad work in the ropes, boxing ring craft and controlled sparring. The ring is shared; class type decides how we use it that session.
ZONE 03
A dedicated corner of the striking wing for focused pad work, technique and 1-on-1 sessions away from the group-class floor. Full-length mirror for checking form. Book a coach when you want extra attention on your game.
ZONE 04
A 20m × 20m fully air-conditioned mat space on Fuji mats — 400 m² of premium training surface for BJJ Gi & No-Gi, MMA wall-wrestling, ground game and live rolling. Open for daily classes and member open-mats.
