What to expect in class
Sessions run about 60–90 minutes depending on the day. Arrive early to wrap, introduce yourself to the coach, and warm up with the group.
- Warm-up & footwork (10 min)Rope, shadowboxing, and movement patterns across the ring.
- Technical combos (15 min)Coach demonstrates; athletes drill in lines or pairs with feedback.
- Pad rounds (25 min)Multiple three-minute rounds — volume and accuracy over wild power.
- Bag or defense block (10 min)Heavy bag intervals or defensive drills depending on the day.
- Cool-down (5 min)Stretch and optional questions on privates or sparring progression.

Common questions
Do I need experience for boxing?
No. Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes welcome beginners with separate pad intensity.
Is boxing only for people who want to compete?
Many students train for fitness and skill; competition is optional with coach guidance.
What gear do I need?
Hand wraps essential; gloves recommended. Mouthguard for sparring when cleared.
Can Muay Thai students join boxing?
Encouraged — better hands improve your Muay Thai weapons.
How much does boxing cost?
450 THB drop-in; weekly 1,000 THB; monthly 3,000 THB per schedule page.
Is sparring required?
No for beginners. Invited when defense is ready.
