Morning blocks rotate by day — MMA Sparring (Mon & Fri), MMA Wall Wrestling (Tue & Thu), and BJJ for MMA (Wed). Evening MMA Amateur runs Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri at 18:00.

What to expect in class
Sessions run about 60–90 minutes depending on the day. Arrive early to wrap, introduce yourself to the coach, and warm up with the group.
- Brief & warm-up (10 min)Movement prep and review of today's focus — strike, wrestle, or grapple.
- Technical block (20 min)Coach-led drills: combos into shots, wall work, or submission chains.
- Skill application (20–30 min)Pad work, partner drills, or situational sparring per class type.
- Live work (15–25 min)Sparring or rolling for cleared athletes; beginners stay in technique lanes.
- Recovery (5 min)Breathing, stretch, and homework drills.

Amateur MMA pulls from Lions' full roster: Marcio on grappling, Mustapha's strikers, boxing classes, and dedicated wrestling blocks. You are not learning MMA from a single hobby coach — you rotate through specialists the way real fight camps do.
Common questions
Which class should a first-timer attend?
MMA Amateur at 18:00 — Mon, Tue, Thu or Fri. Do not start with hard sparring Monday morning until coaches meet you.
Do I need my own MMA gear?
Mouthguard and cup for sparring when approved. Gloves and shinguards per coach direction — ask on WhatsApp.
Can I train only one discipline?
Yes, but amateur MMA is designed as integrated training. Many athletes pair morning MMA with afternoon Muay Thai or BJJ.
How much is amateur MMA?
Drop-in 450 THB; weekly 1,500 THB; monthly 5,000 THB — see schedule for VAT notes.
Do you help with amateur fights?
Coaches support prepared athletes with camp structure; medicals and promotions are your responsibility with guidance from the team.
