Amateur MMA pulls from Lions' full roster: Marcio on grappling, Ash on boxing hands, Mustapha's strikers, and dedicated wrestling blocks. You are not learning MMA from a single hobby coach — you rotate through specialists the way real fight camps do.
MMA Beginners Tuesday and Thursday 18:00. Do not start with hard sparring Monday until coaches meet you.
