TRAINING IN PHUKET

Kids BJJ classes in Phuket — ages 3 to 12

Kids BJJ at Lions is for children aged 3–12 who want structured martial arts — not daycare with a belt. Parents relocating to Phuket, Thai families on the island, and holiday guests all use our weekday 17:30 slot as a consistent routine.

Classes separate play from technique: younger kids get more games and basics; teens work harder rounds with coach Roger and competition coach Brindy when appropriate.

If your child is shy, anxious, or full of energy, grappling gives a clear outlet with rules. We communicate with parents about behavior, attendance, and tournament options.

Families on Soi Ta-iad appreciate one location for Muay Thai, MMA, and kids BJJ. Parking and pickup are straightforward; many parents train in an adult class before or after while kids roll on the Fuji mats next door.

Searching kids martial arts Phuket or kids BJJ Chalong should lead you to a gym with real youth coaches, not adults babysitting. Lions invests in a dedicated kids curriculum and competition pathway.

Trial class: message WhatsApp with your child's age and experience. Drop-in 300 THB; monthly packages suit school-term training.
