Six disciplines. All levels. One gym.
MMA is the full picture — striking, wrestling, clinch work, and ground fighting woven into a single discipline. Classes pull from Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and BJJ. MMA Sparring sessions run Monday, Friday, and Wednesday (Kickboxing for MMA), with MMA Wall Wrestling on Tuesday and Wrestling for MMA on Thursday.
The foundation of Lions MMA Club. The art of eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and kicks combined with clinch work that separates the real from the recreational. Classes run every day, morning and afternoon, open to all levels from complete beginners to experienced fighters.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in both Gi and No Gi format. Ground fighting, submission holds, and positional control — a technical art that rewards patience and leverage over strength. Multiple sessions per week, suitable for all levels.
Dedicated boxing sessions focusing on hands, footwork, and ring craft. Boxing develops your hand speed, head movement, and footwork — skills that transfer directly to every striking discipline. Technical, conditioning-heavy, and genuinely fun. No experience necessary.
Stand-up striking combining punches and kicks. Separate sessions run for general students and advanced/pro level (Kickboxing Pros). High-intensity, technique-first — not circuits with boxing gloves. We also run dedicated Kickboxing for MMA sessions focused on takedown defence, clinch work, and cage awareness.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children. Runs Monday through Friday at 17:30. Children learn body awareness, problem-solving under pressure, and how to defend themselves — in a safe, structured, beginner-friendly environment. Small class sizes. Consistent curriculum.
